Ian Pegg
Cambridge Market Lead
Ian is an experienced Engineering Leader with a wealth of experience in Consultant, Contracting and Client roles. He has deep technical knowledge, developed by becoming a leader in building performance evaluation during his PhD.
He used this knowledge to deliver projects for 海角视频, initially between 2003 and 2012, working across a range of sectors including Education, Commercial, Sports Venues and Masterplans. He has worked on and successfully delivered cutting edge Low Carbon projects. Ian worked as a Main Contractor, delivering design and build solutions for ‘bluechip’ clients. The works delivered were targetted Carbon Reduction initiatives, Laboratory Developments and MEP improvement projects.
Following this Ian worked for GSK in various roles, including Site Director for STV R&D and European Engineering Director for R&D facilities. In this capacity he oversaw operation, engineering standards and Capital Projects Planning for Engineering works. During this period Ian was seconded to deliver a 拢30M refurbishment of the Stevenage Vivarium, successfully delivered to enable the successful sale of the Ware Vivarium site.
Ian returned to 海角视频 in 2025 to lead the Cambridge Market. He is embedded in the local construction network, and enjoys finding new ways to collaborate with clients and project partners. Ian splits his time between delivering interesting local projects, and bringing 海角视频’s expertise to new opportunities.
