Hrvoje is an experienced and passionate urban planner and designer and the global lead for 海角视频鈥檚 urban strategies team since 2024.
Hrvoje studied and began his career in the UK before relocating to Abu Dhabi in 2010. Before joining 海角视频 in 2021, he built and led urbanism teams across the Middle East. With close to 25 years of international experience, he has delivered projects for both public and private sector clients.
His portfolio spans strategic frameworks, large-scale greenfield masterplans, brownfield regeneration, urban design and placemaking. His particular expertise lies in urban regeneration and the role of major infrastructure investments – often driven by events or public transport – as catalysts for redevelopment at national, regional and precinct scales.
A recognised thought leader and seasoned commentator on the future of cities, particularly in arid environments, Hrvoje brings a unique perspective that blends technology and psychology into urban thinking. He is also active in academia, serving on the advisory board of the American University in Dubai, and has previously served on the RTPI鈥檚 international committee.
