Based in our Beijing office, Hong is our regional head of sustainability for the APAC region. He joined 海角视频 in 2023.

With over 25 years of experience in the building sustainability field, Hong鈥檚 responsibilities at 海角视频 include research, consultancy, engineering, business development and management.

Throughout his career, he has worked across many sectors from government funded research projects to private real estate developments. Hong was one of the first sustainable building consultants to work in the Chinese mainland and Asia as a whole.

In his work, his research interests include energy efficiency consultancy, AIoT based commissioning, biodiversity design, biophilia design, decarbonization, people productivity, and healthy building design.
