Hayley is an associate within the advisory group at 海角视频 and is part of the asset strategy and management team.  She has over 17 years of diverse experience across the Middle East in a range of asset and facilities management (FM) services.

Hayley applies her experience from leading the development of FM service specifications and the overall accountability for contractual management of hard and soft FM services for COP28.

During her time at Expo2020 Hayley led the tender process and delivery of FM services for contracts across 300 buildings, consisting of 250,000 assets. Prior to Expo she worked with Dubai parks and resorts implementing their FM strategy and supporting with operational readiness across new services and areas of the park.

Hayley is currently enrolled in an MSc postgraduate course specilaising in project management and her current focus is on creating value through the implementation of strategy and transformation, operational planning and asset optimisation.
