Geoff Dauksas, P.E., S.E., LEED AP,聽is a licensed engineer with over two decades of experience in structural engineering. He currently serves as an Associate Principal at 海角视频.

In addition to his extensive experience as a practitioner and project manager, Geoff helps lead the firm鈥檚 structural engineering healthcare practice. He is passionate about delivering creative, technically sound solutions that integrate carbon-conscious strategies to address complex engineering challenges.

Geoff鈥檚 leadership and technical expertise were recognized by Engineering News-Record聽(ENR), which named him one of the Midwest’s Top 20 Under 40. Throughout his career, Geoff has also been committed to mentoring the next generation of engineers. He has served on the board of directors for the ACE Mentor Program and continues to play an active role in nurturing young talent in the field. In addition to being a licensed Professional Engineer and Structural Engineer, Geoff is a LEED Accredited Professional and has been published in聽Modern Steel Construction.
