Esther is an associate based out of 海角视频’s Boston office.

As a Certified Passive House Designer with extensive project management experience, she has led interdisciplinary teams across the UK, South Africa, and Canada over the past 11 years. Prior to joining 海角视频 Esther served as director of high-performance building in Canada where she provided both technical and strategic guidance on delivering certified Passive House projects at various scales. Her expertise in energy and thermal analysis, ventilation and lighting design, carbon reduction strategies and integrated project delivery have resulted in high-performance buildings that not only meet stringent environmental standards but also provide comfortable, sustainable, and cost-effective spaces for the communities they serve.

Her portfolio encompasses a wide array of project types, including residential, retail, corporate, government, civic, healthcare, educational, high-rise residential, and hospitality sectors. This breadth of experience has allowed her to test and refine sustainable design strategies in various contexts and climates. Esther uses her schooling in design, marketing, and sustainability to guide design and construction teams in creating a healthier world.
