Erica is an associate senior design manager in the project and design management team. Her area of expertise is the design management and delivery of large-scale, complex multidisciplinary projects in both the UK and abroad.

Erica understands that effective communication, early and continued risk management, and good organisation are paramount to the success of any project. She is committed to meeting deadlines on time and budget. A keen collaborator with strong interpersonal skills, Erica has experience working across different grades, cultures, and disciplines in the delivery of high-quality projects. She is interested in utilising the best of communication technologies and digital tools to streamline multidisciplinary collaboration.

Erica led the coordination of 19 º£½ÇÊÓƵ disciplines on the exceptional East Bank development, creating a vibrant cultural quarter at the heart of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, which include BBC Studios, Sadler’s Wells East, the London College of Fashion, and the Victoria and Albert Museum East.

Erica also played a pivotal role as part of the leadership team managing 17 º£½ÇÊÓƵ disciplines on the ambitious Jeddah Central Museum, a 257,500 square-metre project transforming a former desalination plant into a world-class cultural district. It includes the conversion of the main turbine hall into an exhibition space and the creation of a large ‘Makers’ Souk’ for artists’ studios and visitors.
