A leader in delivering groundbreaking design and technologies, he helps forge new models for collaborative design by engaging the full project team 鈥� clients, architects, consultants, and builders 鈥� to enhance building performance. His creativity and passion have contributed to pioneering integrated, high-performance buildings worldwide, including the Genzyme Center in Cambridge, MA 鈥� one of the first LEED Platinum Certified office buildings in the United States 鈥� and the Tower at PNC Plaza in Pittsburgh, PA, which exceeded LEED Platinum certification and was billed as the 鈥済reenest commercial building in the world.鈥�

As an expert in the field, Denzil frequently speaks at industry events and symposiums on integrated environmental design and innovative engineering methodologies for a wide range of projects, from commercial buildings and mixed-use urban developments to higher education, cultural institutions, and science and technology buildings.

Recent projects under his leadership include the University of Pennsylvania鈥檚 Amy Gutmann Hall, Philadelphia鈥檚 first mass timber building; the award-winning Arizona State University鈥檚 Rob and Melani Walton Center for Planetary Health and the Beus Center for Law and Society; Yale University鈥檚 new, energy-efficient residential colleges; and the regenerative and innovative Expo 2020 Sustainability Pavilion in Dubai.
