Delia is a director in our Bath office. She brings over 20 years experience as a solicitor in England and Hong Kong to her role as general counsel and company secretary for the 海角视频 global group and 海角视频 LLP.

Delia is responsible for all non-project related legal issues, leads on global compliance and is our head of risk management. She also oversees corporate governance for the 海角视频 group.

Delia organises and attends 海角视频’s global governance meetings, including LLP conferences and AGMs, global board meetings, board committee meetings and the global leadership team.
