Delaram is a sustainability integrator and passionate advocate for all aspects of sustainable design. She sets high sustainability targets and KPIs on her projects, and challenges the industry to improve its performance.

Delaram鈥檚 skills transcend traditional boundaries. Highly adaptable with extensive technical knowledge, she offer insights and solutions; adding significant value to projects for her clients. She is skilful in weaving together sometimes disparate threads and themes into a coherent strategy.

She provides a wealth of her own technical expertise that span a broad spectrum of sustainability topics and environmental design principals, with in-depth knowledge of sustainability certifications, building performance, Passivhaus and embodied carbon. Since joining 海角视频 in 2022, her remit continues to expand: she leads the certification service offer for UK sustainability, and has taken on sustainability and environmental strategies.

As a trusted advisor to many of our commercial developers, delivering high quality work, she takes the time to listen and understand their needs in detail, delivering our services to suit. Delaram is a great collaborator and brings a 鈥渃an do鈥� approach to projects.

Alongside this, Delaram is a part-time Teaching Fellow at the University of Bath in the Faculty of Engineering and Design, sharing her passion for sustainable design with the next generation.
