David Green
Asset Optimisation Director
Joining 海角视频 in 2020, David is an asset consultant working in our assets and facilities team.
In his role, David champions the importance of understanding business drivers and future focus when seeking to establish a long-term strategy for the optimisation of property assets and FM services. He helps property occupiers and owners, both in the UK and globally, by leading the delivery of asset and FM strategies and transformational change programs which enable businesses to respond to and prepare for changing market conditions.
David has over 20 years of industry experience working as an asset and facilities management professional. Utilising his experience he excels at improving the performance and value of property and real estate assets. Throughout his career, David has gained a plethora of experience working across countries in the UK, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the US.
He graduated with a Master of Science in Facilities Management from Heriot-Watt University as well as a Bachelors of Science in Building Engineering and Management from the University of Ulster.
David is an industry volunteer who sits on the 鈥檚 International Special Interest Group (ISIG). He is a passionate advocate of the FM and property profession, its role in creating value and sustainable business advantage and its critical relationship with the workforce of the future.
