
David Ferdman

David Ferdman is a structural engineer with more than 25 years of experience.
Skilled in all aspects of structural engineering, David’s sector experience includes hospitality, academic buildings, hotels, entertainment venues, urban development, transportation infrastructure, peer reviews, and investigation and rehabilitation. He is focused on high quality work and timely delivery of documents across a diverse portfolio, from small additions and renovations to large-scale air-rights and complex developments in the US and abroad. He has extensive experience in steel, prestressed, post-tensioned and reinforced concrete, masonry and timber structures, as well as evaluation and retrofitting of existing structures.
His project experience includes higher education, hospitality, infrastructure, peer review, and existing-building work. Selected projects include Harvard University’s Science and Engineering Complex, Wellesley College Global Flora, Quinnipiac Student Center, Providence Pedestrian Bridge, Arizona State University Pedestrian Bridge, Louis Vuitton 5th Avenue Expansion, and W Hotel Boston. David is a PE in MA, NH, and MD, a Structural Engineer in Israel, holds an NCEES Record, and serves on the Board of Directors for SEAMASS.
