David is an experienced global practitioner who can make decisions and provide practical solutions for HS&E challenges, working across different cultures, creating and shaping HS&E goals to align with both operational and business strategies, and ensuring compliance across the business.

He is a leader with strong interpersonal skills and an excellent record of accomplishment in facilitating change through motivating and influencing all levels of an organisation. He enjoys working collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders, building relationships that foster openness and trust. A leader who welcomes new challenges with energy, enthusiasm and a practical approach, this is combined with a passion for developing teams and individuals.

David achieved global certification to ISO45001 in November 2020. He created and shaped º£½ÇÊÓƵ’s five-year HS&E plan including facilities management (FM) within each business unit to align with the company five-year vision. David’s expertise enables him to create new approaches to HS&E and FM across a complex business, ensuring line managers take the lead when engaging employees while supporting and educating leaders in HS&E topics.
