David Bigio is an associate at º£½ÇÊÓÆµ and advises local governments, public authorities, and real estate developers on sustainability, strategic planning, and economic development.

David’s multidisciplinary background in sustainability and economics gives him the unique skills and insights to lead and deliver a wide range of engagements, particularly for high-profile and complex projects.

Most recently, David served as Project Manager for the EJNYC Report and Mapping Tool with the Mayor’s Office of Climate and Environmental Justice (MOCEJ) and Lead Economist for the Green Economy Action Plan with the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC).

David has also developed benefit-cost analyses for sustainable infrastructure investments; advised on local government sustainability and climate action plans; conducted industry economic assessments to inform local economic and workforce development policy; and advised public authorities and private developers on sustainable infrastructure development, procurement, and adaptive reuse.

David has extensive experience managing projects, engaging stakeholders, designing and implementing economic and environmental research and analysis, and advising on policy, planning, and investments.
