
Aron Bohmann
Associate Consultant, Cities
Aron is an expert on urban design and housing, with experience in smart city initiatives. At º£½ÇÊÓÆµ he works on urban development, masterplanning and housing projects, focusing on integrated infrastructure solutions.
He advises public and private sector clients on urban development and housing strategies that prioritise the needs of residents. Aron approaches digital transformation and new technologies in an interdisciplinary way, integrating technical fields – such as mobility and energy – with human-centred factors such as user behaviour and experience.
Prior to joining º£½ÇÊÓÆµ, Aron directed the German Mobility Award programme, recognising Germany’s most progressive data-driven mobility solutions, while also teaching urban planning at HafenCity University in Hamburg. Earlier in his career, he was one of three curators of ‘Conflicts of an Urban Age’, an exhibition at the Venice Biennale exploring contemporary urban challenges.
Aron studied Urban and Regional Planning in Vienna and Istanbul, and later earned an MSc in Urban Design in Hamburg, followed by an MSc in City Design and Social Science at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
