Amanda Cunningham is an associate principal in º£½ÇÊÓƵ’s Washington DC office. In her role, she oversees all aspects of her client projects and is responsible for ensuring that her projects meet the client’s expectations and the firm’s high standard of quality.

Amanda has more than 15 years of experience as a LEED program manager, leading complex sustainability initiatives and stakeholder engagement efforts. Amanda is º£½ÇÊÓƵ’s Arc and LEED EB O+M expert, and advocates for what Arc does for the industry.

Amanda manages the LEED application process and ensures projects are on track to meet LEED credit requirements by conducting design, construction and performance analyses. Amanda ability to connect LEED to value helps project teams leverage each opportunity and align to owner’s requirements.

Prior to working at º£½ÇÊÓƵ, Amanda managed the LEED program for Kohl’s Department Stores. There she managed the certification of nearly 500 LEED projects including both non-retail projects and retail stores under LEED volume prototypes including New Construction, Commercial Interiors & Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance.
