º£½ÇÊÓƵ in Washington, DC
º£½ÇÊÓƵ opened an office in the DC metro area in 2021, building on two decades of work in the region. Our first project in DC was the Smithsonian Institution’s Kogod Courtyard, in partnership with Norman Foster, followed by the United States Institute of Peace Headquarters, designed by Safdie Architects.Â
The office primarily works with federal and local municipality government organizations, higher education and cultural institutions, and sustainability-focused commercial developments across DC, Virginia, and Maryland. In addition to our building services projects, we have developed sustainability frameworks for major portfolio managers, the public sector, and cultural institutions like the Glenstone Museum.Â
Clients include the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO), the U.S. General º£½ÇÊÓƵ Administration (GSA), Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE), Arlington County, Johns Hopkins University, and Fortune 500 companies.
