Die Transformation der W\u00e4rmeversorgung der Produktionst\u00e4tte in Bayern ist ein zentraler Baustein auf diesem Weg.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>海角视频 wurde beauftragt, ein <a href=\"https:\/\/www.burohappold.com\/de\/specialisms\/energy-consulting\/\">Energiekonzept<\/a> zu entwickeln, das den \u00dcbergang zu einer fossilfreien W\u00e4rmeversorgung untersucht und neue CO\u2082\u2011arme W\u00e4rmequellen identifiziert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hierf\u00fcr war im ersten Schritt ein tiefgehendes Verst\u00e4ndnis sowohl des Energiebedarfs als auch der bestehenden Versorgungsinfrastruktur n\u00f6tig. Dazu geh\u00f6rte auch die Analyse jahreszeitlicher Schwankungen im W\u00e4rmebedarf in Abh\u00e4ngigkeit von der Anlagenaktivit\u00e4t. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf dieser Basis konnten unterschiedliche Szenarien f\u00fcr CO\u2082\u2011arme Alternativen entwickelt werden. Eine zentrale Herausforderung bestand darin, detailliert darzustellen, wie die jeweiligen Technologien im komplexen Standortkontext funktionieren w\u00fcrden \u2013 einschlie\u00dflich der geologischen Bedingungen und des Kontext der n\u00e4heren Umgebung. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus mussten bereits vom Kunden initiierte CO\u2082\u2011Reduktionsma\u00dfnahmen ber\u00fccksichtigt werden, da diese den zuk\u00fcnftigen W\u00e4rmebedarf beeinflussen. Bild: Adobe <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-die-losung\">Die L\u00f6sung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Standort nutzt derzeit gasbefeuerte Kraft\u2011W\u00e4rme\u2011Kopplungsanlagen sowie einen Biomassekessel zur Deckung des Dampfbedarfs f\u00fcr industrielle Prozesse und Geb\u00e4udeheizung. Ein Hochtemperatur\u2011W\u00e4rmenetz sowie ein zweites Niedertemperaturnetz werden zus\u00e4tzlich durch W\u00e4rmer\u00fcckgewinnung aus K\u00fchlsystemen unterst\u00fctzt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf Grundlage einer detaillierten Analyse des bestehenden Systems und des W\u00e4rmebedarfs untersuchten wir potenzielle alternative Energietr\u00e4ger und W\u00e4rmequellen. Dazu z\u00e4hlten unter anderem:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-default\">\n<li class=\"\">W\u00e4rmepumpen mit Umweltluft<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Nutzung von W\u00e4rme aus nahegelegenen Seen und Fl\u00fcssen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Abw\u00e4rmenutzung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Klassische und innovative tiefe Geothermie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Biomasse, Biogas und Wasserstoff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aus dieser breiten Analyse wurden vier priorisierte Zielszenarien ausgew\u00e4hlt, vertieft untersucht und miteinander verglichen. Daf\u00fcr wurden unterschiedliche W\u00e4rmequellen und Brennstoffe kombiniert, um St\u00e4rken zu nutzen und Schw\u00e4chen auszugleichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Bewertung klassischer tiefer Geothermiel\u00f6sungen zeigte, dass sich der Standort au\u00dferhalb der geologischen Zonen befindet, in denen Thermalwasser aus tiefliegenden Gesteinschichten zuverl\u00e4ssig vorkommt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deshalb wurde eine vertiefende Untersuchung der innovativen Eavor\u2011Loop\u2011Technologie durchgef\u00fchrt. Dabei handelt es sich um ein geschlossenes, bis zu vier Kilometer tiefes Bohrsystem mit horizontalen Abzweigungen, das als unterirdischer W\u00e4rmetauscher fungiert. Durch den Thermosiphon\u2011Effekt steigt das erw\u00e4rmte Wasser ohne Pumpenenergie an die Oberfl\u00e4che. Zwar sind die Investitionskosten hoch, die Betriebskosten jedoch langfristig sehr gering. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Studie kam zu dem Ergebnis, dass diese neuartige Geothermietechnologie aus wirtschaftlicher, \u00f6kologischer und technischer Sicht die bevorzugte Option darstellt und weiterverfolgt werden sollte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich wurde eine zweite Generation des Eavor\u2011Loop\u2011Systems untersucht, bei der Bohrtiefen von nahezu sieben Kilometern erreicht werden.
