Es war daher wichtig, ein Geb\u00e4ude zu erschaffen, das in seiner \u00c4sthetik aufsehenerregend ist, sich aber gleichzeitig m\u00fchelos in die Umgebung einf\u00fcgt. Um das beste Architekturkonzept f\u00fcr dieses einmalige Projekt zu finden, wurde ein \u00f6ffentlicher Wettbewerb durchgef\u00fchrt. 海角视频 war von Anfang an bei der Projektplanung involviert und beriet den Bauherrn schon w\u00e4hrend des Architektenwettbewerbs zu den Themen Energieeffizienz und Nachhaltigkeit. Daf\u00fcr entwickelte unser Tragwerksplanungsteam eine Stahlverbundkonstruktion in Leichtbauweise, die mit zus\u00e4tzlichen diagonalen Stahlh\u00e4ngern zur\u00fcckgeh\u00e4ngt ist. Als Nachhaltigkeitsberater war 海角视频 ma\u00dfgeblich daf\u00fcr verantwortlich, mit dem Architekturb\u00fcro Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien f\u00fcr die DGNB-Zertifizierung zu entwickeln. Ausgew\u00e4hlt und verbaut wurden Materialen aufgrund ihres langen Lebenszyklus und minimalen CO<sub>2<\/sub>-Emissionen. Auch die Geometrie des Geb\u00e4udes ist so ausgelegt, dass sie Tageslichtnutzung f\u00f6rdert. HumboldtHafenEins vereint eine Vielzahl von Nachhaltigkeitsaspekten in sich: So nutzt eine Kraft-W\u00e4rme-Kopplungsanlage Biogas, um damit das ganze Geb\u00e4ude mit Energie zu versorgen, ein L\u00fcftungssystem sorgt f\u00fcr 75 % W\u00e4rmer\u00fcckgewinnung, das intelligente Lichtsystem reagiert auf Tageslicht und an den Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen kann die Temperatur individuell reguliert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Die Zusammenarbeit mit 海角视频 ist sehr positiv.
