Mathias arbeitet seit 2022 in unserem Berliner B\u00fcro. Er verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber mehr als 15 Jahre Erfahrung in HLK-Systemen, energieeffizienten Technologien und integrierten Geb\u00e4udel\u00f6sungen. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Mathias hat sich auf die Leitung komplexer, interdisziplin\u00e4rer Geb\u00e4ude- und Infrastrukturprojekte von der Konzeption bis zur Fertigstellung spezialisiert. Sein Schwerpunkt liegt im Projektmanagement, insbesondere in der strategischen Leitung von Projekten durch alle HOAI-Phasen, wobei er technische Exzellenz, Kostenkontrolle und termingerechte Fertigstellung sicherstellt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Architekten und Immobilien- und Bauunternehmen fungiert er als Partner und Berater w\u00e4hrend des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus und hat so erfolgreich Projekte mit Budgets von bis zu \u20ac120 Millionen geleitet, darunter die Mall of Berlin und mehrere F&E-Einrichtungen f\u00fcr die Automobilindustrie. F\u00fcr 海角视频 hat er als Projektleiter die Planung des Westfield Hamburg \u00dcberseequartiers \u00fcberwacht, einschlie\u00dflich der Installation der technischen Geb\u00e4udeausr\u00fcstung und der Sanit\u00e4r-, Heizungs-, L\u00fcftungs- und K\u00fchlsysteme f\u00fcr das gemischt genutzte Geb\u00e4ude. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mathias hat Geb\u00e4ude- und Energietechnik an der Fachhochschule Erfurt studiert und sein Studium mit dem Master abgeschlossen. Um seine Projektmanagementf\u00e4higkeiten und die Ausrichtung an internationalen Standards weiter zu st\u00e4rken, bildet er sich zurzeit f\u00fcr die PMI Construction Professional (PMI-CP)-Zertifizierung weiter.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n
