Sein Fokus ist es, relevante Stakeholder aktiv in Prozesse einzubinden und durch Co-Creation nachhaltige Planungsprozesse zu gestalten sowie innovativen L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr komplexe urbane Herausforderungen zu erarbeiten.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vor seiner Zeit bei 海角视频 hat Johannes bei urbanista Hamburg Arbeitserfahrungen in verschiedenen kommunalen Stadtentwicklungsprozessen sammeln k\u00f6nnen. Unter anderem hat er dort die Projektleitung der Road Map zur Erstellung des D\u00fcsseldorfer Raumbilds Raumwerk D, dem B\u00fcrger:innenprojekt der Landschaftsachse Horner Geest in Hamburg oder dem ISEK-Prozess in Frankfurts Gro\u00dfwohnsiedlung Ben-Gurion-Ring \u00fcbernommen.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Johannes hat an der Universit\u00e4t Kassel und der Technischen Universit\u00e4t Berlin Stadt- und
