For over 40 years we’ve been building our reputation for delivering creative, value led building and city solutions for an ever changing world.

Many engineers, consultants and those working in business support roles (such as finance and HR) who decide to progress through the apprenticeship route find that working during the day on projects whilst attending part time study provides an invaluable experience and enables a work focused programme of learning delivering increased technical skills and behaviours that are invaluable for their career.

A number of our management team developed their skills and passion for their area of expertise through the apprenticeship route gaining qualifications and real world experience before moving on to more senior positions later in their careers.

Our university partner will provide an excellent programme of study on a day-release basis. You will be gaining a valuable education whilst also receiving a basic starting salary and additional benefits on top of experience of working at one of the world’s most innovative engineering and design consultancies within the built environment.

We are keen to support activity towards professional registration status to achieve the highest level of membership and registration the individual academic background allows.

Assisting with project management including budget and resource planning for specific assignments and projects
Representing the company as part of a team attending design team meetings or meetings with clients and architects

Collecting and analysing various data sets
Creating presentations using infographics/imagery to show complex data visually
